For 10 years, I was the person parents turned to when they had questions about their child's development. As an early childhood educator with a Master's degree, I loved helping families understand milestones, navigate challenges, and feel confident in their parenting journey.

Then I became a mom myself.

And I realized there was a huge gap in support for the OTHER person in this equation: the mother whose body went through pregnancy, birth, and is still dealing with the aftermath — whether that was 6 weeks ago or 6 years ago.

The Gap I Couldn't Ignore

I knew how to support children's growth and development. But when it came to my own body during and after pregnancy, I found:

  • Generic fitness programs that didn't address diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues

  • Trainers who didn't understand the unique challenges of the maternal body

  • Pressure to "bounce back" instead of guidance on how to heal and build strength properly

  • NO ONE who understood that fitting in a workout as a mom is basically impossible

So I became the specialist I was looking for.

From Teaching to Training

I earned my Girls Gone Strong Pre & Postnatal Coaching Certification — one of the most comprehensive, evidence-based programs in the field. I learned the science of core recovery, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and safe strength progressions for pregnancy and beyond.
